The Neptune Building is a six-storey block of 197 apartments over a semi-basement car park. The block consists of 11 No cores with a combination of one, two and three bedroom apartments. The electrical scope of works comprised the electrical fitout of all apartments and the electrical installation of all common areas in the 11 No cores and basement carpark. The project is currently underway with a completion date of December 2016.

Bracken Park is a high quality suburban residential development and is located off the Carpenterstown Road, Dublin 15, in the western suburbs of Dublin. The electrical scope of works comprised the electrical fitout of all houses and apartments and the electrical installation of all common areas in the 3 No apartment blocks. Annamore Court - Chapelizod

189 – 190 Pearse Street is part of the Trinity College Campus in Dublin City Centre. The Richmond Apartments – Lighting Upgrade

This included the installation of new energy efficient LED fittings in all corridor and stairwell areas, the upgrade of the carpark lighting and the installation of new emergency lighting. The installation was completed in August 2014 and July 2015.
