The Neptune Building – Dun Laoghaire
The Neptune Building is a six-storey block of 197 apartments over a semi-basement car park. The block consists of 11 No cores with a combination of one, two and three bedroom apartments. The electrical scope of works comprised the electrical fitout of all apartments and the electrical installation of all common areas in the 11 No cores and basement carpark. The project is currently underway with a completion date of December 2016.

Bracken Park Residential Development - Castleknock
Bracken Park is a high quality suburban residential development and is located off the Carpenterstown Road, Dublin 15, in the western suburbs of Dublin. The Development consists of approximately 81 No houses and 70 No apartments located in 3 No Apartment Blocks. The electrical scope of works comprised the electrical fitout of all houses and apartments and the electrical installation of all common areas in the 3 No apartment blocks. The project was completed between January 2014 and March 2016.

Annamore Court - Chapelizod
The project is the construction of a new residential apartment complex on Chapelizod Hill Road, Dublin 20. 2 No existing two storey buildings will be renovated and two additional floor will be added to these buildings. A new four storey extension will also be constructed. The site will consist of 70 No one bedroom apartments, a laundry room, a guest room, a nurses office, an Estate Office, a Community room and a Plantroom. The project is currently underway with a completion date of February 2017.

Ardilea Crescent Residential Development – Clonskeagh
Ardilea Crescent a unique parkland development of luxurious homes located in Ardilea, Clonskeagh. Phase 1 of the development consists of 26 No large four and five bedroom houses. Phase 2 of the development consists of 48 No high quality apartments in two Blocks. The scope of works for Phase 1 comprises the electrical fitout of all houses. Phase 1 of the project is currently underway with a completion date of June 2016.

Lissadell House – 9 Shrewsbury Road

The project was the construction of a new flagship two storey headquarters for Murphy International at Great Connell, Newbridge Co. Kildare. The Harcourt Centre
The Harcourt Centre is a 7 storey office building on Harcourt Street, Dublin 2. The project was the refurbishment of a number of tenant and landlord areas in Block 2 and Block 3 of The Harcourt Centre. The electrical scope of works comprised switchgear, lighting & emergency lighting, fire alarm system, general services and access control installation. The project was completed between July 2014 and October 2014.

C&D Foods Mullingar – European HQ Office Fitout
The project was the fitout of the new head offices for C&D Foods in Marlinstown, Mullingar. The building consists of numerous cellular offices, open plan office area, conference room, reception area, comms room, staff canteen and toilets. The electrical scope of works comprised switchgear, lighting & emergency lighting, fire alarm system, general services, data installation and intruder alarm installation. The installation was completed between October 2013 and January 2014.

189 – 190 Pearse Street – Trinity College Dublin
189 – 190 Pearse Street is part of the Trinity College Campus in Dublin City Centre. The project consists of the refurbishment to the existing two buildings inclusive of strip out / modifications to the existing electrical services and installation of new electrical services. The buildings shall be utilised for some on-site storage, office areas and welfare facilities comprising toilets, showers, dry room and locker rooms. The project was completed between August 2015 and October 2015.

Previous Energy Efficiency Projects
The Richmond Apartments – Lighting Upgrade
The project was the lighting upgrade of Block FGH and Block ABC of the Richmond Apartments, North Brunswick Street, Dublin 7. This included the installation of new energy efficient LED fittings in all corridor and stairwell areas, the upgrade of the carpark lighting and the installation of new emergency lighting. The installation was completed in August 2014 and July 2015.
